Free returns and exchanges are accepted for all undamaged and unworn items within 30 days of purchase. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

How do I make a return?

Use the steps above to begin a return. You will need to fill out the return & exchange form to get started. From there, you can use the prepaid label included in your package to send your item(s) back to us.

What if I lost my prepaid label to ship my items back?

No worries! We lose our m̶i̶n̶d̶s̶ papers all the time. Contact us to get another copy of your return label. 

How long do I have to return my items?

When should I expect my refund?

While we will work as hard as possible to issue your refund as soon as we receive your valid return or exchange, please allow up to 45 business days to process the official refund. We allot our team additional time due to covid delays and potential unique-situation conversations. If there is a dire, outrageously urgent case where you desperately need a timeline, by all means, ask for our manager

How do exchanges work?

Glad you asked! Step #1 is to complete your returns & exchanges form. 

Our team will then process the request and send you an email confirming what you're looking for.  If everything is approved over email, you can ship back the item(s) using the prepaid label provided, and once we receive the item eligible for exchange, we will ship you the updated item. 

Please note: if there are any pricing discrepancies between the items you're looking to exchange, we will charge/refund accordingly.
